Shelves are lined with freshly picked fruits and vegetables provided by local farmers. As a result, the product lineup changes day to day.
You can also get your hands on rare products that aren’t widely distributed because they have low production runs or are non-standard products.
Figs are the town’s local specialty. Figs cultivated in greenhouses are sold from the beginning of August, and those grown outdoors are sold from the end of August. The figs are harvested when they are fully ripe, so once they hit the shelves customers line up first thing in the morning to try their thick texture and sweetness.
Plums are in stock from July to the end of August.
